In order to receive a partial or a full refund, you need to contact our Customer Service. Depending on the payment method which you used, the refund options are the following:
• PayPal – refund to your PayPal balance or bank account (bank card) – whichever option you used.
• Bank transfer – refund by bank transfer to your bank account.
• Stripe – refund by bank transfer. Please, note that we do not see your payment details when you use Stripe and you need to contact our Customer Service to provide your bank details.
